Mid-States Carbide, Inc. can supply your custom tooling needs
for a reasonable cost with a minimum amount of lead time. An
electronic scanner is used to input your profile into our CAD
system. On all custom tools, a CAD drawing is supplied for the
customer before manufacturing begins.
All Custom tools are ground on a CNC profile grinder, this
ensures precision and accuracy. A CNC and CAD file are kept
of the part to insure accuracy on repeat orders.
